The park, covering an area of 7 hectares, was created in 1975 and has an almost rectangular shape. From the Leipzig cinema, the park is cut diagonally by the central alley, which in the center returns to the left to the 5th microdistrict of Nikolskaya Borshchagovka. The green spaces in the park are represented by red oak, maple, poplar, birch, and spruce trees. On the territory of the park there is a pump room with artesian water, opened in 2002, several playgrounds, recreation areas, and attractions. The park is well-groomed, the paths are paved with paving slabs, there are beautiful green lawns everywhere.
