Yunost Park

Yunost Park was created in 1979 by students from surrounding schools and has an area of 14.5 hectares. On the territory of the park there are several children’s playgrounds, children’s and adult labyrinths made of bushes, a bride’s alley (it was created in 2014; there are benches in the English style and figures of a loving couple, rings and a tree of love are installed; the composition is made in white flowers as a symbol of purity and tenderness of feelings, as the beginning of a new life, new achievements), Church of St. Spyridon of Trimifunts and the abandoned summer cinema “Crystal” (opened early 1970s, abandoned late 1980s). Since 2011, it has the status of a monument of landscape gardening art of local significance.
