The park got its name from the Poznyaki residential area, on whose territory the park is located. Park “Poznyaki” was created in 2003. The park area is 1.5 hectares, of which 1 hectare is flower beds and green spaces. Adjacent to the park is Swan Lake with 6 fountains, which covers an area of 10 hectares. The park is dominated by deciduous trees (willow, linden, chestnut), and coniferous trees – thuja. The flower beds are planted with flowers and various ornamental plants. In Poznyaki Park, after reconstruction in 2012, a light and music fountain “Pear” was installed, the paths were resurfaced and the lake was cleaned. Due to the small area, small number of green spaces, as well as the proximity of highways, this place is not very popular for recreation – most residents of the area prefer to relax in Partisan Glory Park or in green areas on the right bank of Kyiv.
