The Church of the Prophets John the Baptist and Elijah is located near Youth Park. The history of the parish began with a small church-chapel built in 2005. Over time, a new spacious and beautiful temple was erected next to it, consisting of two churches: the upper one in honor of the prophet John the Baptist and the lower one (on the ground floor) – the prophet of God Elijah. The lower floor is also equipped with premises for Sunday school and administrative needs. There is a small bell tower next to the temple. On October 31, 2013, the domed cross was consecrated. On January 20, 2015, the lower temple of the Prophet Elijah was consecrated. As of 2018, construction and decorative work is still ongoing, as well as landscaping of the surrounding area. One of the largest Sunday schools on the Left Bank operates at the church. The temple belongs to the UOC-KP.
