The Natalka tract between the Obolonskaya embankment and the Northern Bridge was abandoned for a long time and attempts were made to build it up. With the support of public activists and residents of Obolon, the tract was turned into a recreation area with a modern design, all the necessary infrastructure, children’s and sports grounds.

Reconstruction was carried out on an area of more than 7 hectares. Now there are new pedestrian and bicycle paths with FEM coating, comfortable benches for rest, new trash cans, CCTV cameras for security in the park, and street lighting.
